Our Story

The beginning of our shop began with doubts about the taste of each type of coffee with different species whether how much each species can produce many different aromas and flavors and how complex they are.

I have always had a passion for coffee, and I am interested in making coffee in various forms. Therefore, I tried brewing coffee in various ways and started drinking more coffee. Many questions come into my head regarding the types of coffee beans, the origin, the processes, and the roasting in different styles which creates different colors, smell, and flavors. The curiosity about coffee made me want to dig deeper and find out more about it so I applied for a learning course at the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) and now I have the following qualifications:

The more I learn, the more I think that ignorance is the beginning of learning.

I have tasted enough coffee and so I started having interest in roasting them because by roasting you can pull out the flavors, characters, or taste notes like flower, lemon or even chocolate.

No wonder why people from all over the world love coffee and it has become a part of their everyday lifestyle.
